I lead the team of 10 engineers that built umarket from zero to production — Next.js on web, React Native on mobile, on a headless commerce architecture. I took the product from first concept to launch, working across product, design and business.
It now sells technology, home, fashion and sports in guaraníes, with 18 interest-free instalments and delivery across six cities in greater Asunción.
From there I also led the first in-app commerce experience inside a Paraguayan banking app: the full purchase flow for the national team's official shirts, without ever leaving the app. Against a fixed date — and sold out.

On this project
