As Engineering Manager for Marketplace, I lead a team of 10 engineers that built the web and mobile storefronts of a headless ecommerce platform from scratch and shipped them to production - Next.js on web, React Native on mobile - that is transforming online commerce in Paraguay. I took the product from the initial concept to launch, working cross-functionally with product, design, and business to shape the vision, the roadmap, and the early validation.

I set the technical bar for the platform - CI/CD, automated testing, performance optimization, and clean integrations with APIs, CMS, search engines, and PIM/DAM systems - and, just as deliberately, grow the people behind it: hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and career paths so the team scales with the product.

I'm also responsible for the growth team: the squad that grows the marketplace through continuous experimentation - hypotheses, A/B tests, and impact measurement across every step of the funnel - with a focus on acquisition and activation: SEO and performance on entry pages, campaign support, and an onboarding that turns visits into active users. Nothing gets scaled without data behind it.

I led the engineering behind the first in-app commerce experience inside a banking app in Paraguay: an end-to-end purchase flow for the national team's official jerseys, where users could browse, buy, and complete the transaction without leaving the app. I coordinated product, engineering, design, and business teams against a fixed launch date - sold out.

I led the mobile and frontend teams (4 developers) that built and scaled the first international prepaid Visa card with no issuance or maintenance fees, serving 50,000+ users - owning code quality, on-time delivery, and product impact end to end.

Working hand in hand with product and design, I helped define priorities and sharpen workflows as the platform evolved, and brought new developers on board while nurturing a team that shared knowledge and owned its results.

Beyond delivery, I kept technology and business strategy aligned, driving process improvements and agile practices so the roadmap consistently translated into a better user experience.

I led the team of 6 developers behind the Quicktrade mobile app and the Grupo SBS web platforms - products used by over 1 million users to open a virtual wallet, track their investments daily, follow real-time capital market quotes, and trade stocks.

Together with product and design, I helped shape the strategy, prioritize features, and plan the roadmap, while building up the team itself and refining how it worked - from code standards to delivery processes.

Those releases raised the bar for the user experience and helped position Quicktrade as a leading trading platform in the Argentine market.

At SBC I led frontend and backend teams shipping technology in two very different worlds: mobility apps for taxi drivers across the Riviera Maya and custom platforms for Mexican municipalities, adapting each solution to local needs and business goals.

Balancing delivery with mentoring, I kept quality high across projects while working directly with both public- and private-sector stakeholders.

At TryLikes I built IoT-driven feedback solutions deployed at 8+ global brands, including IKEA, McDonald's, Shell, Booking.com, Jumbo, PostNL, and MediaMarkt.

I developed and maintained the web and mobile applications behind them with React and Angular, keeping them fast and scalable across international deployments, while providing technical guidance and mentoring across multidisciplinary teams.

That work gave clients real-time customer insights - even offline - and helped TryLikes scale its product across multiple markets.

At Omochi IT I wore two hats - Senior Full Stack Developer and Project Manager - leading technology projects for clients across 7 countries: Argentina, the United States, Mexico, Japan, the UK, the Netherlands, and the United Arab Emirates.

I owned the technical strategy, kept clients and investors in the loop, and coordinated distributed teams to deliver on time - from e-commerce platforms and fashion apps for the Japanese market to inventory systems, travel booking platforms, school digitalization initiatives in Japan, and an internal social network for a multinational operating in 18+ countries.

Those years taught me to combine hands-on development with leadership - scaling solutions internationally and building client relationships that lasted.
