I built the web and mobile applications behind TryLikes' IoT feedback solutions, deployed across more than 8 global brands including IKEA, McDonald's, Shell, Booking.com, Jumbo, PostNL and MediaMarkt.
Buttons captures satisfaction in the moment: a customer presses a physical button at the touchpoint and the business sees the reaction immediately, broken down by location and by time of day, so anything that needs adjusting surfaces right away.
Queue Management goes further and predicts customer flow at the tills, reading footfall and waiting times to anticipate how many registers to open and when. All of it in React and Angular, fast and scalable across international rollouts — and working even offline.
